For issues with printers in Brody Learning Commons, MSE Library Annex, or the HUT, please email the Library’s End User Services at otsygan@jhu.edu, with the subject “Laptop Printing Support.”

For J-Card cash account questions, contact jcard@jhu.edu.

For D.C. printing questions, use the Service Now IT portal - click on "Get Help" and be sure to select Washington D.C. from the location choices.

For D.C. J-card requests, contact CARDDC@jh.edu

Common printing issues

If you get an error message, please make sure you are using “hopkins” wireless network.

Incorrect paper size: The document you are trying to print may be European-sized (i.e., A4 instead of letter), or otherwise uncommonly sized:

  • Cancel the print job and try printing again using Letter (8.5x11”) paper.
