For issues with printers in Brody Learning Commons, MSE Library Annex, or the HUT, please email the Library’s End User Services at otsygan@jhu.edu, with the subject “Laptop Printing Support.” Reply can be expected within 1 business day, during normal business hours.

For J-Card cash account questions, contact jcard@jhu.edu.

For D.C. printing questions, use the Service Now IT portal - click on "Get Help" and be sure to select Washington D.C. from the location choices.

For D.C. J-card requests, contact CARDDC@jh.edu

Common printing issues

If you get an error message, please make sure you are using “hopkins” wireless network.

Incorrect paper size: The document you are trying to print may be European-sized (i.e., A4 instead of letter), or otherwise uncommonly sized, resulting in error message on the printer. Check the instructions posted in the print room to help you resolve this issue.
