The Service Desk on MSEL M Level will "hold" a book or DVD for you.
After you find what you want in the catalog and use the REQUEST button, the Service Desk staff will locate the book or DVD that you want.
When the item has been found and put on the HOLD shelf for you, you will be notified by e-mail that your item is available.
Once the item is on the HOLD shelf,
- a book will be held for 7 days
- a DVD will be held for 4 days
