Can I save a file on any of the library computers?

  • Yes; select D:\drive as your file location; this is the only space accessible to PC users, so make sure to save your files there.

How to access the files I saved?

  • Yes. On the PC desktop, find "File Storage" icon (with yellow folder) - it will open D:\ drive, which is a designated place for you to store files on Library public PCs. Alternatively, in the upper left corner of the desktop, click the icon for "This Computer"
  • You will see several drives labeled  D:\ - they all open same location.
  • You can save files there, and delete when finished.

Some applications may by default save files in different locations, which would not be accessible to you; please make sure that your files are in the D:\ drive to access them.
