One of the most common problems when printing is incorrect paper size - the document you are trying to print may be European sized (i.e., A4 instead of letter), or otherwise uncommonly sized. If printer detects non-letter or non-legal paper size, it pauses, and waits for the user confirmation. Please open PDF document with instructions how to resolve this issue.
If you are printing from laptop, and receive an error message, please make sure you are using “hopkins” wireless network – it is required for printing operation.
If you tried to setup a printer on your laptop, and printing fails, please revisit the laptop printing instructions page, and reinstall MSE printer following the instructions EXACTLY.
