There are two ways to get a book that is checked out of the JHU Libraries:

(1) REQUEST - In the library catalog (Catalyst), find the book and then click REQUEST. The current borrower then has 10 days to return the book, and you get an e-mail telling you when it's here for you.

(2) BORROW DIRECT - JHU is now part of a consortium -- consisting of the Ivy League, Duke, Chicago, MIT, and Stanford -- whose members lend books to one another.

Search the Borrow Direct catalog and enter your JHED ID.
