If you download an excessive amount of articles, you may see a message such as “Access has been suspended because our software has detected excessive downloads of content from this database. Please contact Asklib@jhu.edu for more information.”
The usage limit is set to 500MB, or approximately 500 10-page articles within a 24-hour period. Limits are set by both the JHU proxy and the publishers because our license agreements forbid downloading too much material.
If you have questions about a message or error that you get, please contact Asklib@jhu.edu.
